Roxeann Cobb
Roxeann is the founder and leader for Four "E" Youth Organization. Roxeann is a current resident in the city of Washington, GA. She has committed her time and energy to make a difference for our youth for every gender and race. Roxeann does a phenomenal job with educating our youth and empowering them to be all that they can be.
